About the Photographer

Hi. I'm Christina! Owner of Christina Karen Photography. Welcome to my first blog post. I'm excited to have you here! I've been doing photography just as a hobby for years now, for as long as I can remember. Just a year, almost two years ago I realized I really love it, and I fell in love with it even more and I wanted to create my own photography business and have it as my career and eventually have it as my full time career. I was born and raised in Lethbridge, Alberta. I'm now living in Calgary, Alberta with my fiance. Some of my favourite things to do when I'm not photographing is

I love photographing anything from portraits to weddings to newborns. They all just spark some sort of joy in me. When I'm behind the camera, it excites me and it makes me feel alive. That's how I know I chose the right career.

Goals

Currently I am pursuing one of my goals and that is creating my own photography business as well as starting my own photography blog. Both things I never thought I would do, but here we are. Some other goals I have are:

• Traveling, I'd love to go to Europe. Or anywhere tropical.
• Have a family. Marriage, kids. All of it. That's a huge one for me.
• Get my photography certificate.
• Make photography my full time career. That's another big one.
• Buy a house.
